Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued where a fault or error has been confirmed.

All products sold are age-restricted and are not eligible for return based on change of mind once dispatched.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
